Built From Experience
Crewber was founded by Jasper, who has been working in entertainment, events and site-based industries since 2006.
Over the years, he has worked across a wide range of roles, from rigging and technical work through to logistics and general crew support. He has been on the tools, on the trucks and on the ground. That experience shapes how Crewber approaches labour hire Melbourne and construction crew support today.
Before starting Crewber, Jasper was running another labour hire business. He did not like the way workers were treated like numbers. There was not enough respect for the people actually doing the work. So he started his own company to run things differently.
His approach is simple. Everyone on site matters. Whether it is construction labour hire, event crew staffing services or logistics support, every person is part of the outcome. If the crew are treated properly and matched well to the job, the work runs better.
Jasper enjoys projects where timing, safety and coordination count, from commercial construction jobs to large-scale event builds. Starting Crewber and building it into a steady, growing business has been a clear highlight. Outside of work, he is a keen motorbike enthusiast and enjoys a bit of adventure.
